Before founding Burns Law Group, APC, Brendan Burns spent several years practicing insurance defense for a prestigious Orange County law firm. In this role, Brendan successfully defended insurance companies through utilization of aggressive litigation strategies and tactics. Most importantly though, this experience taught him the playbook insurance companies and their lawyers employ to try to outright deny, or attempt to underpay on, rightful, meritorious, personal injury and workers’ compensation claims.
